ProKey Mobile Limited Warranty
At ProKey Mobile, we stand behind the quality of our parts and the precision of our craftsmanship. To ensure you have peace of mind on the road, we provide the following warranty coverage for all automotive locksmith services.
1. Hardware & Parts Warranty
We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all keys, remotes, and transponder chips against manufacturer defects.
- What is covered: Internal component failure, chip malfunction, or structural defects in the key shell that occur under normal use.
- What is not covered: Physical damage (cracks from dropping), water damage, battery depletion, or "wear and tear" on the key blade or buttons.
2. Service & Labor Guarantee
We provide a 90-Day Labor Guarantee on all programming and cutting services.
- If a key programmed by PKM loses its synchronization with your vehicle within 90 days of the original service date, we will perform a one-time re-programming at no additional cost.
- Service calls requested after 90 days for labor-related issues may be subject to a standard service and travel fee.
3. Battery Policy
Batteries are considered consumable items. We provide a 30-Day Replacement Guarantee on batteries installed at the time of service. After 30 days, battery replacement is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is void under the following conditions:
- Customer-Supplied Parts: We cannot warrant the quality or compatibility of keys or remotes purchased from third-party vendors (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
- Unauthorized Tampering: Any attempt to open, repair, or modify the hardware provided by ProKey Mobile.
- Loss or Theft: This warranty does not cover the replacement of lost or stolen keys.
5. How to Start a Claim
